WebbI have what feels like a tight band around my abdomen..above my waist and goes around to the back along with sharp pains both in the front and in my back. I also feel pain in my upper and lower back. I was diagnosed with non hpylori gastritis with a small ulcer by endoscopy. All other tests (MRI of spine, urinalysis, blood tests) came back fine.
