WebMay 12, 2015 · - Select Film Simulations Folder: Film Simulations folder selection is done in the Image Processing tab of the Preferences window, 2nd from bottom. Left clique on directory name in drop down box, select "other", and navigate to the folder with the newly downloaded and unzipped Film Simulation files. Clique OK, exit and restart RT.

However the Film simulation module is not working, nothing happens. I deleted the RT cache without success. The folder for the Haldcluts is the correct. Any advice? Thanks and Merry Christmas! WebJan 27, 2024 · For example, in my opinion, the quality of X-Trans conversions in On1 Raw is not good enough, and in some cases produces a worse image than Lightroom. Luminar produces good quality detail but lacks support for the Fuji film simulations directly, and in my opinion, the asset management side is still too lacking to completely replace Lightroom.

Webthanks a lot bud! Not presets, but you can use LUTs. There's a free Film Simulation pack available for RawTherapee that works straight away (google it, you'll find the download). You can also use regular LUTs, but you have to convert them to the colour matrix .PNG files that Rawtherapee uses first. I don't think it can use .LUT files directly.
