I bind the majority of my heals/debuff/target cooldowns to my mouse buttons (5 button mouse), and use shift modifiers. i never target the person im casting on, and with a small ammount of setup, i can make sure any needed debuff info is displayed on the healbot frames. Grid's timers are superior, and make for faster reaction time. HoTs are probably the most important thing I need to see (after deficits), so I can't use a mod with sub-par timers.
