WebIzoldAnna • 1 yr. ago. Zepp Life does not connect to Strava, Zepp does. That is the only difference. I have a Miband 6 and I deleted Life since Zepp started to connect to bands. They hadn't, earlier. I had to have both Life (called Mifit then) and Zepp to sync to Strava. Since I have only Zepp, it disconnects quite often.
